“Kinsarvik Camping is dedicated to providing our guests with a good experience from the moment they arrive. With 24 cabins and 82 marked pitches, we want to make the stay as comfortable as possible. That’s why we chose to implement Invite, an innovative system that simplifies our daily operations.”
Direct Access with Invite
With Invite, the guest’s arrival at the cabin becomes seamless. Using a unique code, guests can drive directly to the cabin without the need for manual check-in. Evald further explains that this is particularly useful in the low season when they may not always be available on-site.
“Through Invite’s automation system, we give guests the freedom to come and go as they please, and it also allows us to manage access remotely.”
Remote Control for the Low Season
In the low season, when a limited number of guests are on-site, Invite offers the ability to remotely control access to the cabins.
“If someone wants to book in person, we can easily unlock the door via the phone. This makes us less dependent on being physically present all the time and gives us flexibility to handle guests’ needs efficiently.”
