Improvement of the Temperature Control
- You can now see both the current and desired temperature in the reservation overview. We have aimed to give you a simplified view and more control.
- It is now possible to set multiple rooms to a temperature mode simultaneously, which is very useful for efficient management of larger areas. This feature is especially valuable when, for example, an entire floor needs to be put in standby due to few bookings.
- A third improvement is the ability to get an overview of the temperature units connected to a template.
- It is now also possible to add or remove temperature devices in the settings. This makes the administration of temperature settings even more adaptable and efficient.
Integration with Assa Abloy – ARX Platform
- We now have full integration with Assa Abloy’s ARX platform for access control. This provides our current and future customers with the opportunity to benefit from advanced security features.
New Languages in SMS and Email Communication!
- Communicate in the right language with international guests. We have introduced text for Swedish, Danish, and German sms- and email communication. We are continuesly working on adding new languages and you are welcome to contact us if you have any requests.
Set Custom Check-in Settings per Location if You Have Multiple Locations
- It is now possible to set specific settings per location, such as check-in type, check-in and check-out times, type of guest access, and Guest Portal. The ability to customize settings at the location level will provide our customers with more flexibility.
Communication with VisBook
- Our customers now have the ability to control the sending of arrived/departed status to the booking system. As requested, we have removed the synchronization of bookings with the status “Offer”. These are fetched when the status is set to “Ordered”.
Other Improvements
- “Self-checkout” can now be deactivated, giving businesses flexibility in managing the guest experience.
- The link to the user manual is now located at the bottom of the Invite log-in page, making it easy to find information you may be curious about.
