At check-out, guests automatically receive a request to share their experience – directly in the guest portal on their mobile device. This eliminates the risk of emails ending up in spam filters or guests forgetting important details from their stay.
In the system, your company gets a simple and clear overview of the NPS score, trends, and the comments left by guests. You will quickly gain an overview of the current status, and you can filter by any date you choose.
Feedback can be provided in two ways, depending on what suits your property best:

NPS score (Net Promoter Score) from 1 to 10, where the guest rates how likely they are to recommend your property to others.

Star rating from 1 to 5 stars.
You can also define feedback categories such as cleanliness, restaurant experience, and service level.
Guest reviews provide valuable insights into what works well and where improvements can be made. The star rating offers a quick snapshot of guest satisfaction, while NPS delivers deeper insights into loyalty and long-term satisfaction.

All feedback is collected in real time and instantly available in the Invite Control Panel. Here you can view overall scores as well as open-text comments from guests. This makes it easy to identify trends, detect issues, and take immediate action.
