How does the Invite InStay guest portal work? 

Invite InStay retrieves information from the booking system daily and automatically sends guests an information message with the option to check in. Here they are welcomed, given their room number, as well as information about the hotel and the surrounding area. Guests are also given access to an FAQ covering the most commonly asked questions, and can easily find the information they need without visiting the front desk.

And are the guests happy? 

Guest feedback shows that they are very satisfied with how easily they can access relevant information. They find it easy to navigate and experience the process as intuitive. Now they have the information available in pocket format – when they need it, and no longer have to wait at the front desk during busy periods.
