Villa Havblikk cultivates an authentic atmosphere throughout. The rooms and suites are spread across two buildings: the southern building houses four double rooms, two family rooms, and one suite, while the northern building contains two double rooms and twelve single rooms – each with its own unique character.
In the common areas, restaurant, and event spaces, great emphasis has been placed on details – from furniture to colors and materials – all carefully chosen to preserve the villa’s traditional character.

They have installed digital locks from Salto Låsesystemer, carefully selected in a gold finish to complement the interior. To ensure optimal comfort, the heaters from Raychem and Mill are controlled through the same integrated system.

Villa Havblikk uses the Invite InStay guest portal, access control, and temperature management. Guests receive a welcome message before arrival, with a link to the portal where they can find information about their stay – as well as access codes for the main entrance and room door. Through Invite temperature control, host Olufsen can adjust the heating throughout the building from one system, without having to visit each room after check-out. The automation in Invite ensures efficient operations and reduced energy consumption – completely seamlessly.
