You don’t need a booking system to use Invite – but you’ll benefit more and achieve greater operational savings if you have one. Invite integrates with the booking system you use, and from there, automation of information, access, and temperature control kicks in. Guests receive all the information they need directly on their mobile phones via the Invite InStay guest portal. Before arriving at your destination, guests receive a check-in message from Invite, guiding them into a digital guest portal where you can present everything you’d like them to know about their stay and begin the guest journey.

What tasks can be automated?

When the guest journey begins in Invite, you decide how much the guest should be able to do digitally. Invite can handle check-in and check-out, provide the necessary information to the guest, and significantly reduce the pressure on the front desk. Frequently asked questions can be made easily available in the portal. If the rental unit is equipped with digital locks, you can enjoy the benefit of skipping key management. Guests gain access via their phone, either through codes or via Wi-Fi/Bluetooth. If the unit has digital heaters installed, Invite can control these to save electricity – while ensuring guests are comfortable during their stay.

What other features does Invite offer?

Invite also enables an online store and upselling. This means that guests already using the webapp to check in or access information can also purchase additional products you offer.
