How to Delete Your app Account

As an Invite app user, you have the right to have all personal information we have stored about you deleted. This includes all data related to your use of the app, smart lock functionality, and booking history.To delete your account and all associated data, follow these steps:

1. Open the app
2. Go to settings
3. Note down your unique activation ID shown in the app
4. Send an email to support@visitinvite.com with:

– Subject: “Delete my account”
– Your activation ID from the app
– Confirmation that you want all data deleted

What Gets Deleted?

When you request deletion, the following information will be permanently removed from our systems:

– Your user profile and account details
– All personal information
– Booking history
– Smart lock access and history
– Communication history- Payment information

Processing Time

We process all deletion requests within 30 days

– You will receive an email confirmation when the deletion is complete
– After deletion, you will no longer have access to the app or associated services

Important Information- Deletion cannot be undone
– All active bookings must be completed before deletion can be processed
– Data required to be retained by law (such as accounting data) will be kept in accordance with applicable legislation but will not be available for further use
– Anonymized statistics and aggregated data may still be retained
