Invite Guest Technology becomes strategic technology partner for Strawberry Living’s new venture, Lynra.

Invite Guest Technology becomes strategic technology partner for Strawberry Living’s new venture. One of the Nordic region’s largest housing projects for employees in the construction industry is adopting Invite’s Norwegian-developed guest portal solution.
Strawberry Living is launching the brand Lynra – a comprehensive living environment solution and project accommodation concept. Lynra aims to redefine staff housing. Large facilities have historically been associated with poor safety and low satisfaction – something Lynra intends to change. The concept combines a genuine sense of community with professionalism. Lynra represents a new accommodation concept where flexibility, sustainability, and the living experience take center stage.
Invite Guest Technology is a proud supplier of the technological infrastructure that will ensure seamless access, safety, and a modern digital guest journey for residents.

Technology for safety and accessibility
Invite Guest Technology delivers its well-regarded guest portal solution InStay, tailored for the Lynra brand, connecting booking systems and access control systems. This provides residents with information and keyless digital access – all the way from check-in to check-out. The decision to partner with Invite has been greatly influenced by Invite’s level of innovation and its broad portfolio of lock integrations.
Beyond the core functionality, the partnership with Invite will enable upselling and an increased degree of self-service.
– It is an honor to be part of developing the future of accommodation solutions for industrial projects. Lynra is about more than just a roof over your head – it is about creating a safe and functional home for people working far from home. Our solutions are designed to simplify everyday life by offering seamless access, full control, and a modern guest experience, says Hugo Mølmesdal, CEO of Invite Guest Technology.
A comprehensive living environment solution
The Lynra initiative includes Aurora Village – a complete accommodation and service concept for 2,000 workers in Luleå, Sweden.
Residents will have access to a restaurant, a round-the-clock minimarket, a gym, social gathering spaces, and weekly activities.
The extensive security framework and technological infrastructure are central elements when large numbers of people are to live and work in close proximity within a major industrial project. Here, Invite’s focus on innovative and future-oriented systems aligns with Lynra’s vision for the future.
